Laetitia Sansonetti

Laetitia Sansonetti is Professor in English Translation Studies at Université Sorbonne Nouvelle, France. Her research bears on the reception and translation of classical and continental texts in early modern England, language learning, lexicology and phonetics. Among her recent publications features the volume Language Commonality and Literary Communities in Early Modern England, edited with Rémi Vuillemin, Brepols, 2022, the first in the Brepols ‘Polyglot Encounters’ series which she co-edits with Ladan Niayesh.
